This course is aimed at individuals interested in becoming certified wellness coaches. Students will gain the skills to help clients achieve a balanced life through diet, exercise, mental health strategies, and natural therapies.
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils for improving health and well-being. This advanced course provides a deeper understanding of aromatherapy, focusing on clinical applications and therapeutic treatments in both physical and mental health.
